Registration

To make purchases on www.corodiozieri.it it is necessary to register on the site by filling in the registration form.

By registering, you will have your own personal account where you can manage your purchases, and you will no longer have to re-type your data, which will appear automatically when you enter your password.

Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions

Coro Città di Ozieri (referred to in this site as 'coro') can accept orders with delivery in Italy, Europe as well as the rest of the World.

The contract between the choir and the customer is concluded with the acceptance of the order by the choir.

Such acceptance shall be deemed tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any manner. By making a purchase, you fully accept the described general terms and conditions of sale and declare that you have read them carefully.

All prices quoted are 'turnkey'.

The choir reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, where changes in exchange rates and changes to our suppliers' price lists occur.

Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer shall print or save an electronic copy of the order and in any case retain these general terms and conditions of sale in accordance with the provisions of Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 on distance selling.

Any right of the customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.

Purchases will be sent by post or courier by the choir.

The choir shall not be liable for damages due to delays in the processing of the order or the delivery of what has been ordered.

If for any reason the customer has to purchase one or more products that are not available, the choir will promptly inform if there is a possibility of restocking and when.

Shipping costs shall in any case be due and payable by the customer, even if the customer avails himself of the right of withdrawal, or refuses or returns to the sender, for any reason whatsoever, the duly ordered goods.

Shipping costs in the case of returning goods to our warehouse are, however, to be borne in full by the customer.

For shipments abroad, the customer will be responsible for customs clearance and all possible taxes related to the customs clearance of the goods.

Methods of Payment

Prices are in Euro, but it is possible that future platform updates may automatically convert them into other currencies according to the results of the geolocation of the customer by the site itself.

The payment methods accepted by the choir are as follows:

BANK TRANSFER
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be sent only after the actual crediting of the sum due on the choir's bank account has been verified, normally 3 to 4 working days. The reason for the bank transfer must include: the reference number of the order, the date the order was placed, and the name and surname of the person placing the order.

PAYPAL
To pay by PayPal, it is sufficient to have an active PayPal account, proceed with the order and select PayPal payment. alternatively, PayPal itself, in the absence of a client account, may propose payment by credit card or postepay, to be chosen from those provided by PayPal.
Register for free on the PayPal website by filling in the online form with your credit card or prepaid card details. You can also top up your PayPal account via your bank account only.
With PayPal your personal data is safe because no one can find out about your PayPal codes, as your data is automatically encrypted using the 128-bit SSL security protocol.
Your credit or prepaid card is linked to your PayPal account. You no longer have to re-enter the data when you want to make a payment.
The choir will receive payment in real time and will more quickly forward the order for processing.
If you choose PayPal as your payment option, you will be directed to the official PayPal site that will charge your credit or prepaid card.
PayPal protects your online purchases with its Buyer Protection Policy.
In cases of purchase of goods with PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal shall charge the relative amount of the purchase made. In the event of cancellation of the order by the customer or in the event of non-acceptance of the same by the choir, the latter shall at the same time request the cancellation of the transaction, in no case may the choir be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by the delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal.
At no time during the purchase process via PayPal, is the choir able to know the buyer's credit card information, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly and exclusively to the PayPal site. No computer file of the choir will retain this data.

SENDING A CHEQUE

The address for sending the cheque can be found, at the end of the purchase procedure, on the site.

The amount must be equal to the amount shown in the site checkout at the end of the transaction.

Cheques of a different amount will not be used and will be destroyed, as the return to the sender is excluded, who instead unquestionably accepts the above-mentioned destruction operation upon simple notification by the choir.

The order will be dispatched only upon successful cashing of the cheque.

It is advisable to use registered or insured mail and tracking information when sending cheques by post, as any liability in case of theft or loss will be borne by the customer and the choir is relieved of all responsibility.
